8.1. General Information

8.2. Eligibility for Returns
- Electric Vehicles: Returns for electric vehicles are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery. The vehicle must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Accessories and Spare Parts: Accessories and spare parts can be returned within 1 days from the date of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as software, batteries, and customized orders, are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

8.3. Conditions for Return
- Vehicle Condition: The EV must be free from any damage, scratches, or signs of wear and tear. The odometer should not exceed 30 kilometers.
- Inspection: All returned vehicles will undergo an inspection. If the vehicle has been used, modified, or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

8.4. Return Process
- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at Cherlapally with your order number, proof of purchase, and details of the reason for the return.
- Shipping for Returns: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the EV or any products. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

8.5. Refund Process
- Refunds for Electric Vehicles: Once the returned vehicle passes inspection, a refund will be processed within 30-90 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment, minus any applicable restocking fees (if applicable).
- Refunds for Accessories: For accessories and spare parts, 50% refunds will be processed within 30-60 business days after the items are received and inspected.
- Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of 30% may apply for returned vehicles or products, depending on the condition and usage.

8.6. Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged vehicle or accessory, please contact us immediately at info@tejaswigroup.com. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you.

8.7. Warranty Claims
- All EVs come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If your vehicle or product requires service under warranty, please refer to our Warranty Policy or contact our service team. All such warranty claims are to be addressed to the respective OEMs only. Customer to idemnify Tejaswi Green Energy and/or its associates from any such claims.

A. Inspection Process: For EVs, a thorough inspection process is critical. The original condition of the vehicle is considered as the it should be at the time of selling it from the store. Any fees or deductions that may apply based on the vehicle's condition are solely decided by the team of TGE experts available at the time of the incident.

B. Restocking Fees: Given the high value of EVs, restocking fees might be necessary to cover depreciation or minor wear and tear.

C. Defective or Damaged Goods: Given the complexity of EVs, it is expected that the customer should do a thorough inspection and check before accepting the goods and notify if they receive a damaged or defective vehicle.

D. Regulatory Compliance: TGE ensures that its policy complies with local consumer protection laws, including those specific to the automotive industry.

E. Warranty: Customers must understand the difference between returns and warranty claims. TGE provides easy access to the warranty policy.
